Her doctor said that they were excellent at helping to fight off colds in the starting stages so she suggested that we all take them as soon as the signs of a cold developed. As soon as we felt like we were coming down with something we all did just that this year, with the exception of our 3 year old. I like the price even though she received them for free and we will definitely keep this stuff around. I've heard that Vitabase is a great company but this is probably my first experience with them and it's a good one. It's absolutely fantastic and is or WAS one of our best kept secrets.
