  I am a very high stress person, and needed something to help calm me down and just relax. A friend told me about Super Stress Formula and I decided to give it a try.   I already use a strong set of sleep/relaxation aids, so a healthy lifestyle in addition to Super Stress Formula can really help. The tablets are easy to take, and bring results after about 30 minutes. You feel much more relaxed, calm, and focused for a few hours. Although you don't get too sleepy, the formula is strong enough to induce sleep if you take it later in the evening. I would recommend it for people with long work weeks, or for times when work is busier than usual.
